QUEENS TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
Inclusive Career Pathways in Traffic Management
The construction industry has traditionally been male-dominated, which can sometimes feel intimidating for those considering a career change. At Queens Traffic Management, we champion women in the industry while also welcoming men to apply and build a rewarding career in traffic management.

We offer a supportive and encouraging environment, providing training that fosters both confidence and competence. Queens Traffic Management offers various career pathways designed to help all individuals grow within the company and establish long-term careers in the construction industry.
LOOKING FOR A CAREER IN TRAFFIC

Women in Construction
Queens Traffic Management welcomes women of all skill level and provides an environment that promotes education, skill advancement and career growth.

For women who are seeking to have a career within the construction industry we provide all the necessary training and pathways for success. Traffic Management is often a great step for those wanting to get some hands-on experience in the construction industry.

We offer mentorships for those who are seeking to develop their skill set and strive to be the next leaders as our company grows.

The NAWIC (National Association for Women in Construction) plans 'to achieve 25% minimum female participation across all of the construction industry by 2025', and we believe introducing women through traffic management is a great way to achieve this.
QUEENS LEADERSHIP
Our management team is comprised of women who started with Queens Traffic Management as their first construction industry role and have worked their way up from a traffic offsider, to team leader and then into supervisor and management roles.

They know the importance of education, training and building confidence particularly for women who are coming from other industries.
Queens Traffic Management has adopted this mentality into the company culture and operations - from hiring and recruitment, to the onsite training, we aim to encourage a culture of respect, learning and listening.
